Quail Egg Sunny Side Up
I am a Cooking Channel & Food Network Addict…that’s literally all I watch (along with the occasional Housewives of Beverly Hills or NY). So when I saw Giada make a brunch with Quail Eggs I was hell bent on finding some and using them for a fun little breakfast/brunch dish.
Kyle and I love going to our local farmers market on Sunday’s and what do you know? They just so happen to sell Quail Eggs for $3 a dozen. We grabbed some Roasted Garlic Bread and Spicy German Brats and we were on our way. I saw a yummy sandwich in our future.
