Detox Tea Time | #GetFitFebruary

I’ve been wanting to live a healthier lifestyle and a few days ago I began #GetFitFebruary on my Instagram. I’ve been eating healthy, working out, and I can already feel a huge change in my body and in my mood. Now, I believe in moderation so I’ve indulged in a snack or two. You can’t just change overnight! It’s extremely hard sometimes, but I have goals I really want to achieve!

With that being said. I want to find little ways to add healthy things to my life such as Apple Cider Vinegar. I know I’m late but better late than never. I started my day with a detox tea.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Hot Water
Raw Unfiltered Honey
Lemon Juice
Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper

I was expecting to spit this out immediately but I really did enjoy it and will definitely be having this as part of my morning routine.
